Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
At JK Global Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets our eligibility requirements below. We are committed to making this process as straightforward as possible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened and unused: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all seals and labels intact.
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, inserts, or accessories.
- Within 30 days: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Proof of purchase: Your order number or order confirmation email must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Products purchased during clearly marked final sale or clearance events
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions
- Digital products or downloadable content

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees (both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping). For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, JK Global Wellness will cover all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
