In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products exceed the total amount you paid to JK Global Wellness for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, United States, or via telephone/video conference.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND JK GLOBAL HUB LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
